About PLN

My name is Dr. Julie Kaminski and I have been an educator for 26 years. For the past 22 years, I have been a school based leader serving as a high school principal and assistant principal, middle school assistant principal and athletic director and an elementary school principal.

During this time, I have learned that school and organizational success is achieved when high quality leaders exhibit transformational leadership styles and are focused on creating community cultures that value learning and growing, built on a foundation of strong, positive relationships.

While completing my dissertation research on High School Principals’ Leadership Styles and Its Impact on Teacher Efficacy, I discovered that there are specific leadership qualities that yield high impact outcomes on teacher self efficacy and ultimately increase student achievement. These findings, coupled with my other formal education and day-to-day leadership experiences, make me a qualified leadership coach and consultant who can help take you and your organization or business to the next level.

I have been happily married for nearly 26 years and am a proud mom of two, fantastic and talented teenage boys. It is through these varied experiences as a mom, wife, daughter, friend, teacher and leader that I have to come to realize that leading is the key to unlocking potential in others and driving people, schools, organizations, and businesses to reach their full potential and achieve their goals.
